Project Description

This was a big job on a big vehicle!
This G-Wagon received a turbo back exhaust system with a silencer box.
This car had an engine transplant to a much newer engine and because of this the exhaust system was slightly rubbing the prop shaft and the exhaust was also in bad condition (cut and welded several times)
The new exhaust system now travels a much nicer route (away from the prop shaft) , this was a slightly difficult exhaust system to make at the rear as the exhaust travels through a very small tunnel between the chassis and the fuel tank (yes, the fuel tank!). Because of this we wrapped this area in high quality high temperature exhaust heat wrap as there was no heatsheild in this area.
304 grade stainless steel with longlife high quality boxes throughout as usual
